How to Use

• Getting Started

• Before each use, check that the lower support frame is fully opened correctly and is in good condition.
• All wheels must remain in contact with the ground while in use.
• The brakes must be locked before use.
• When using the rollator while standing still, always lock the hand brakes.
• Hold one handlebar and press the seat down until all four wheels spread out. Flatten the seat. Before use, ensure all four wheels are firmly on the ground and the rollator is stable.

• Folding
• To save storage space, remove the basket.
• Pull the strap under the seat until the rollator folds inward.
• Adjusting Handle Height

• To determine the correct height, stand behind the rollator with shoulders relaxed, arms at your sides, and look straight ahead.

• • Adjust the handles to approximately wrist height.
  • This helps keep your arms slightly bent while using the rollator.
  • To adjust handle height, remove the height-adjustment nut and screw from the support frame.
  • Slide the handlebar within the support frame to the desired height. Ensure the holes on the handlebar and frame align.
  • Insert the screw through the aligned holes. The frame hole is hex-shaped to hold the screw head in place.
  • Place the washer on the screw, then tighten securely.

• Checking / Adjusting / Using the Hand Brakes
  • Before each use, make sure the brakes function properly. Pulling the brake lever locks the wheel temporarily; pushing the lever down locks the wheel more firmly.
  • To adjust the brakes, use a wrench to tighten the nut. During adjustment, place the brake cable along the rollator leg and check whether excess cable loops out at the front.
  • To slow down, squeeze the brake lever upward.
  • To lock the brakes, push the brake lever down until you hear a click. If the brakes are adjusted but the rear wheels still move, stop using immediately and contact the distributor for return or repair.
  • To release the brake lock, pull the brake lever up.

Warnings

• Do not hang items on the handles or support frame (use the provided basket). This may cause the rollator to tip over, resulting in damage and possible injury.
• Do not use the seat without the backrest, as the user may fall when leaning back or shifting position.
• Do not sit on the rollator on an incline.
• Do not use the rollator to walk backward, go down slopes, climb stairs/curbs, or cross obstacles, as this may cause serious injury from falls.
• Do not make any adjustments while the rollator is in use.
• The rollator is for walking support only. Do not use it as a wheelchair.
• Do not push the rollator while someone is sitting on it.
• Do not move the rollator while sitting on it, as this may damage the aluminum frame or wheels.
• Do not use the seat to transport people or any items.
• Do not sit on the rollator while it is stored/loaded on a vehicle.
• Do not exceed the maximum load of 100 kg, as it may cause danger.
