Method of use

• Pull out 40 cm of dental floss and wrap it around the middle finger of your non-dominant hand for about 30-50 cm.
• Wrap the remaining part around the middle finger of your dominant hand, leaving a small amount of thread between the fingers.
• Use your thumb to hold the floss taut and gently insert it between your teeth.
• Move gently up and down on both sides of the teeth.
• Repeat every tooth gap.

Storage method

• Store in a dry place, do not place in a humid place or near heat.
