How to fit and adjust the straps correctly

lace your feet on your shoes while standing up straight.

Adjust the strap

If the strap is too tight or too loose, readjust it. The straps on the left and right feet do not need to be adjusted the same.

Our advice: We don’t recommend wearing the shoes for more than two to three hours at first until you get used to our insoles.

Then gradually wear them longer until they feel comfortable on your feet and you won’t want to take them off again.
