  Defective on Arrival (DOA):
  If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced with a new unit within 15–20 days from the date of delivery. This applies to manufacturing defects involving the massage motor system, airbags, electrical control panel, or operating mechanisms.

  Transit Damage:
  If significant structural damage, dents, or severe scratches occur during delivery by the company to the customer’s residence, the product will be replaced with a new unit at no additional charge.

  Non-Returnable Conditions:
  Returns or refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind after the product has been unpacked and used. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the user manual, accidents, or natural disasters after delivery.

  Claim Process:
  The technical service team will inspect the product and complete the replacement of the unit or defective parts within approximately 7–14 business days after receiving the claim and supporting evidence.

Directions for Use

• Turn on the chair: Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and turn on the main power switch located at the rear of the chair.
• Adjust your sitting position: Sit with your back fully against the backrest and position your arms and legs correctly within the designated airbag areas.
• Press the Power button on the remote control. The AI system will automatically scan the user’s body shape and identify the appropriate massage positions.
• Select one of the 10 automatic massage programs, or customize the massage settings using Manual Mode.
• The chair will automatically stop when the selected massage session is completed. Always turn off the power switch and unplug the chair after use.

 

Care and Maintenance

• Avoid direct sunlight and moisture: Keep the massage chair indoors and away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas with high humidity.
• Regularly remove dust: Use a feather duster or a dry, soft cloth to clean dust from the airbag seams, gaps, and exterior surfaces.
• Allow sufficient clearance: Position the massage chair at least 10–15 cm away from walls and surrounding obstacles to allow safe reclining operation.
• Unplug after use: Always turn off the power switch and unplug the chair after use to help protect the unit from electrical surges and reduce unnecessary power consumption.

 

Warnings

• Recommended usage time: Do not use the massage function continuously for more than 30 minutes per session to help prevent excessive muscle soreness or discomfort.
• Do not use: Individuals with implanted electronic medical devices, such as a pacemaker, individuals with open wounds or fractures in the massage area, and pregnant women should not use this product.
• Consult a physician before use: Individuals with heart disease, severe osteoporosis, herniated discs or nerve compression, or deep vein thrombosis should consult a physician before using the massage chair.
