How to use
- Turn the armband over, insert the arm into the pressure gauge.
- Press the yellow Start button of the pressure gauge. Let the machine start (Should not move while the machine is working)
- Move the armband up over the crease of the arm. Adjust the fit of the armband properly, not too tight or too loose. (The pressure cuff position should be the same or close to the heart’s position)
- When the pressure gauge is finished. The armband will release the air. And there will be a number displayed on the screen of the pressure gauge (can see the scale of the pressure level, which is the criteria on the left side of the pressure gauge screen)
Caution
- Place the machine in a dry place and avoid sunlight.
