Product details

• Made with 1/8″ thick neoprene and lined with nylon seams to help keeping muscles and tendons warm.
• Reinforced cores on both sides of the foot. Help to increase the stability of the support of the ankle and ligaments.
• There is a tightness adjustment bar that can be adjusted as needed.

How to use

• Disconnect the adjustment tabs and loosen all the laces. Then put on the ankle support so that the heel is all over the lace-up opening. Tighten it as appropriate.
• Bring the elastic band to increase the fit on one side. Insert it under the loop under the foot, wrap around the ankle like in the picture of the front of the product box. Close fitting with mounting plates, adjusting the tightness as required.

Maintenance

• Pull shoelaces. Separate the elastic rubber sheet. Close all adhesive strips before washing.
• Should be washed with cold water and mild soap. Do not use dry cleaning, fabric softeners or bleach.
• Blot the water off with a dry cloth. Do not wring.
• Dry in shade and windy. Avoid exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
• Do not dry clean or tumble dry if you are allergic to it or irritation to stop using then consult a doctor or pharmacist.
