How to use

• Position the back support device to wrap around the waist in the lower back position.
• Hold both ends of the waistband inside. Pull to the front of the abdomen to tighten.
• Grasp the elastic band (on the outside) on both sides and pull it forward together. Press down on the fasteners on the waistband. Move to tighten.
