For those with a thumb circumference of 0 -2.5 inches or 5.0-6.3 cm. Wrist circumference 5.0 – 7.5 inches or 12.6 – 17.7 cm.

How to measure size

Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of the wrist, can be used for both left and right

Size: Length around the wrist

Small/Medium (S-M) 5.0-6.5 inches 12.7-16.5 cm.

Large/Very large (L-XL) 6.5-8.0 inches, 16.5-20.3 cm.

Caution

Maintenance

Remove the iron core then attach the device to look the same as when wearing it before washing.
Should be washed with cold water and mild soap. Do not use dry cleaning, fabric softeners or bleach.
Blot the water off with a dry cloth. Do not wring.
Dry in shade and windy. Avoid exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
