How to use
Using a cold compress :
- should be packed in an envelope or plastic boxes stored in the refrigerator freezer Or in an ice bucket for immediate use when needed
- Should be soaked for at least 2 hours, wrapped in the cloth provided in the sachet, compress for 15-20 minutes at a time, and can be used every 60 – 90 minutes. Consult a doctor if used longer.
Using a hot compress: use a microwave.
- Each microwave has a different power. To find suitable heat carefully Microwave power above 1400 watts should not be used. The optimal power is 400 watts, using a 800 watt microwave and medium heat.
- Place the device flat in the microwave to evenly distribute the gel.
- If the device is at room temperature, heat it on medium for about 2 minutes, remove it from the microwave, let it sit for 2 minutes, if it’s still not hot enough, add another 10 seconds.
- If taken out of the freezer, add more time to 3 minutes and set aside for 3 minutes.If it’s not hot enough, add another 10 seconds each and set aside. before applying the compress for the same amount of time

Hot compress: use hot water.
- Boil about 4-5 liters of water for a month, bring the water to boil from the stove or kettle.
- Immerse the device for about 10 minutes.
