How to use  :

1. In case of cold compress, place the cold-hot compress gel in the freezer for at least 2 hours before using.
2. In the case of hot compresses, soak the cold-hot compress gel in boiling water for 5 minutes or heat it in the microwave (high temperature) for 20 seconds before using. If the temperature is still too low, heat it for an additional 5 seconds at a time until the desired temperature is reached (maximum temperature 65°C).
3. Wrap the compress gel in a cloth bag or towel of suitable thickness before applying the compress gel to the body.

How to store

• Keep away from sunlight and ultraviolet rays.
• Should be stored in a dry place with relative humidity not exceeding 80%.

Precautions

• Product for external use only.
• If the sachet breaks and the liquid comes into contact with your eyes or skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
• Do not use on areas with open wounds.
• Wrap the compress gel in a cloth bag or towel of suitable thickness before applying the compress gel to the body.
